I visited this pharmacy on Saturday night, it was extremely busy. I took a prescription in for my eldest child. The three staff I saw were all friendly and smiley and after overhearing someone else asking a question I never thought the pharmacy staff would deal with I asked if anyone could help me with our baby and breastfeeding and I was met with care and genuine compassion. I was given some tips and some details of where I could get more help. I really felt like I was talking to a friend than a medical professional. The wait on the prescription was about 15 minutes but the staff had at least 7 people waiting and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even made someone a drink who had walked to the pharmacy and was cold! I’ve never visited this pharmacy before and I live in Sheffield, unfortunately we don’t need a regular pharmacy but if I ever did it would be here. Without a doubt it’s open my eyes up to what services and knowledge pharmacies hold.
